Is it really free to publish events?
Yes. There are no monthly fees, no upfront charges, and no limit on how many events you can create and publish on Utsavs.
What is the fee on paid ticket checkouts?
We add a flat 3% platform fee on paid ticket checkouts. For example, if you set your ticket price to ₹500, the attendee pays ₹515 at checkout. You receive the full ₹500 payout, and the ₹15 platform fee goes to Utsavs to keep the platform running.
Do I have to pay anything for free events?
No. Free-ticket events carry zero fees for both you and your attendees. Attendees can register, receive their QR ticket, and be scanned at the gate at no cost.
How do payouts work for paid tickets?
Payouts are transferred directly to your bank account or UPI ID. Payout schedules are settled securely in line with standard Razorpay payment settlement timelines (usually 2-3 business days after transaction).
